PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for one Production Supervisor 

Job Overview:
The  Production Head will be taking care of monthly production planning, contingency planning, controlling targets in production by managing the supervisors and preparing monthly analyses and coming up with solutions to overcome the gaps.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Preparing monthly production plan.
2. Assigning daily production targets to supervisors.
3. Maintaining Requirement V/s Production data daily.
4. Collectively manage the production of all departments.
5. Daily recording of production.
6. Month-end inventory.
7. Raw Material Planning.
8. Improve the overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
9. Managing manpower shortages.
10.Preparing monthly data for management review.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma Mechanical 
2. Should have a prior experience in the Machine shop / Fabricarion shop manufacturing industry.
3. Minimum experience should be at least 8-10 years.
4. Should be comfortable with using mail.
5. Should have an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
6. Locals from Faridabad are preferred.
7. Should be able to manage a team.

Salary Offered:
 30,000/Month, depending on experience and our criteria matching.
