SR. HR MANAGER

Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Location: Faridabad
Department: Human Resources
Experience Required: 10–15 Years (Preferably in Manufacturing / Industrial Setup)
Salary Range: 10 LPA
Reporting To: Managing Director

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager who will be responsible for complete HR management and statutory compliance of the organization. The candidate should be capable of handling A to Z HR functions, including recruitment, employee management, labour law compliances, disciplinary actions, and separation processes. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations in a manufacturing environment, labour law compliance, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled workforce.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR policies.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS reports.
Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including:
PF & ESIC
Factory Act
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Contract Labour Act
Shops & Establishment Act
Coordinate with government authorities and labour inspectors during audits and inspections.
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Maintain healthy industrial relations and address employee grievances.
Handle disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and employee disputes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
Performance Management & HR Development
Implement performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes.
Support employee training and development initiatives.
Develop HR policies to improve employee productivity and retention.
Payroll & Compensation Management
Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, incentives, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and wage regulations.
Exit Management & Legal Matters
Handle employee exit processes including resignation, termination, and settlements.
Manage disciplinary matters including warning letters, suspensions, and terminations in accordance with labour laws.
Coordinate with legal advisors on labour disputes if required.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances
Experience in industrial relations and workforce management
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive HR matters professionally

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management
Additional certification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing or production industry
Hands-on experience in handling factory workforce and labour compliance
Experience with HRMS and payroll systems
