Job Role: Sales Executive
Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Day Shift)
Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 per month (Based on relevant experience and interview performance
Key Responsibilities (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends.
Required Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience (QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE)
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the electrical industry, specifically dealing
with Control Panel, PLC System, or related electrical construction materials is highly preferred.
Skills (SKILLS)
Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region/territory.
