R AND D ENGINEER

Position: R&D Engineer
Experience: 3 -4Years (SolidWorks Mandatory)
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma B.tech Mechanical
Job Locarion: Sec. 27 Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain tooling for rubber moulding, plastic moulding, and sheet metal
Develop jigs, fixtures, and evaluate tool life
Lead new product and process development along with customer approvals
Review customer engineering specifications and handle contract review activities
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and act as customer representative
Coordinate cross-functional teams for APQP and manufacturing capability development
Manage R&D documentation, design changes, and document control
Drive innovation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide technical support and report R&D performance to management
Review and approve APQP & PPAP process documents
Control PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, inspection, and operational standards
