Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the sales team and clients.
Managing sales orders, quotations and documentation.
Preparing sales reports and maintaining records.
Following up with clients regarding orders, dispatch and delivery.
Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinating with production, dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation work.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
