Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist senior engineers in design, production, and maintenance activities.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing and shop floor operations.
• Learn and follow engineering drawings, technical specifications, and process standards.
• Monitor production processes and help improve efficiency and quality.
• Participate in quality checks, inspections, and testing of components.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and production records.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
• Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on the shop floor.
