Assistant Manager – Production (Fabrication & Welding)

Location: Faridabad

Role
Hands-on production professional to independently run a small fabrication unit (stainless steel), ensuring quality, output, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shopfloor operations

Supervise fabrication, TIG/MIG welding, and finishing

Plan production and meet delivery schedules

Maintain quality (weld finish, polishing standards)

Handle workforce, materials, and basic inventory

Troubleshoot fabrication/welding issues

Requirements
5–10 years in fabrication / SS manufacturing

Strong TIG welding knowledge (must)

Ability to read drawings and manage shopfloor independently

Experience with polishing / finishing preferred

Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
