INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Job Title: Manager / Asst Manager – International Business / Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – International Business to drive our global
sales operations, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence in international markets.
The role requires strong communication skills,
commercial acumen, and the ability to manage end-to-end international business processes.

The Client is the largest producer of MPP film capacitors in India.
The Products are widely used in household appliances
in India, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and South America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key international clients and OEM partners
Drive international sales growth and achieve business targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand into new global markets
Handle end-to-end export processes including documentation and compliance
Ensure regular communication with overseas clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Respond promptly to client queries, quotations, and technical/commercial discussions
Coordinateinternally with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
Follow up on payments and ensure adherence to credit terms
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and forecasts
Represent the company in international exhibitions, meetings, and business visits
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience 7–12 years of experience in international sales/export, preferably in
electronics or component manufacturing
Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in handling international clients and negotiations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Additional Requirements
Valid passport is mandatory
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
