Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer follow-ups and post-sales coordination to ensure smooth communication.
Handling business-to-business (B2B) client relationships and nurturing long-term associations.
Supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful business deals.
Maintaining client satisfaction through continuous interaction and timely updates.
Coordinating with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of lighting/interior products preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
