Sales and Marketing Executive

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate in any stream. A degree in Business or Marketing is often preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Hindi) is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho) to manage leads.

Key Responsibilities to List

Outbound Calling: Proactively reaching out to potential customers to introduce helmet products and generate sales.

Lead Conversion: Converting inquiries into sales by explaining product features, safety standards, and benefits.

Database Management: Updating the CRM with customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.

Objection Handling: Confidently addressing customer doubts regarding price, quality, or fit.
