BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - NCR

Business Development Manager NCR 
Business development to drive sales of interior  products.
The role involves generating new business, handling  client, coordinating with architects and interior designers and  closing project based sales .

Must have: 
Good connects with Architects and Interiors Designers for corporates and commercial projects
Good to have:
Experience of Wall Papers, Ceiling products, Laminates, Acoustic Products, Woodwool panels, Fibreglass ceiling, Metal ceiling

Location: Gurugram, Sec-54

Salary: 6-9 Lpa (based on knowledge & skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads from Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Corporate Clients
Identify and develop new business opportunities through site visits, cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Promote and sell Doors, Partition Systems, and Architectural Solutions as per customer requirements
Conduct product presentations and explain technical specifications, designs, and customization options
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals within company guidelines
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Installation teams for smooth execution of projects
Follow up with clients regarding approvals, payments, and post-sales support
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer data in CRM/Excel
Attend exhibitions, marketing events, and site visits to promote company products and services
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve sales performance
