Preparing Job Cost Analysis for Supply Orders
Receive final BOQ from design
Keep track of delivery qty w.r.t. PO qty 
Update purchase data
To ensure that purchased item is billed swiftly
To prepare a cumulative  Job Cost Analysis based on Selling Price vs Cost
Preparing Job Cost Analysis for Service Orders
Receive final BOQ from design
Keep track of cost for deployed manpower on a day to day basis
Update CTC for deployed members including wages, rent, fooding, etc.   
Update cost of accessories, tools-tackles and consumables  used
Update cost of unloading, scissor/boom  lift , etc
Reconcile  bill qty vs  supply qty
To prepare a cumulative  Job Cost Analysis based on Selling Price vs Cost
