We are in urgent need of Sr. Engineer QA/QC
Experience Required: 6–10 years (preferred in heavy engineering / bearing)

Required Qualifications: Skills 
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field
Certification in NDT Level II (UT / PT / MT )
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
 Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Personnel with experience in heavy engineering manufacturing .
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, testing, and adherence to relevant standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
2) Conduct in-process and final inspections of  components
3) Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures
4) Perform and supervise NDT inspections (UT, PT, as applicable)
5) Prepare and maintain quality documents, inspection reports, and test certificates
6) Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions
7) Coordinate with production, design, and client inspection teams
8) Handle customer inspections and audits
9) Ensure calibration and proper usage of measuring instruments
10)Maintain traceability of materials and processes
11) Handle a quality team independently

Salary 5-7 Lakh per annum as per interview and exp
