We are Hiring: Quality Assurance & NPD Engineer (Automotive Sheet Metal) Location: Sector -24 Faridabad (Candidates must be based in NCR or willing to relocate) Salary:?40,000 – ?55,000/month
We are looking for a high-ownership, growth-oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team
and take full responsibility for quality systems, customer satisfaction, and new product development.
This is not a routine QA role — we are looking for someone who wants to build, improve,
and lead quality systems in a fast-growing manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities Implement and drive 5S & continuous improvement initiatives across the shop floor
Handle and resolve customer complaints with root cause analysis (RCA, CAPA)
Lead quality assurance & quality control processes for sheet metal manufacturing
Prepare for and manage TS / IATF audits
Work closely with production for process improvements and defect reduction
Drive New Product Development (NPD) from quality perspective (PPAP, documentation, validation)
Ensure adherence to OEM-level quality standards
Requirements 5+ years experience in sheet metal manufacturing
Strong exposure to automotive OEM / Tier suppliers (preferred)
Hands-on experience with TS/IATF standards & audits
Experience in customer quality, complaint handling, and documentation
Knowledge of 5S, Lean, and quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, etc.)
Ability to take ownership and lead independently
