Salary:30,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience)

Required 
We are hiring for a critical operations role focused on ensuring on-time delivery of all orders.
This is not a routine dispatch job.
We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of dispatch operations,
manage shopfloor execution, and ensure that every order is delivered on time without excuses.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of daily dispatch and delivery execution
Ensure 100% on-time dispatch of all orders
Coordinate closely with production to track order readiness and priorities
Supervise labour for packing, loading, and material movement
Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
Identify delays and take immediate action to resolve bottlenecks
Coordinate with transporters for timely pickups and deliveries
Maintain basic dispatch records and tracking

Requirements ·
2–5 years experience in dispatch / warehouse / manufacturing operations
Experience handling shopfloor labour and execution
Strong personality with ability to manage teams and get work done on time
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment
Focused on results and accountability
