About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and execution-focused
Business Manager Cum Factory Manager to handle daily factory operations,
production management, staff coordination, dispatch planning, and business growth activities.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing both factory operations
and business activities efficiently in a fast-growing food manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Operations
Manage daily production activities and ensure
smooth factory operations
Supervise labour, machine operators, packing staff, and field teams
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Maintain hygiene, quality control, and food safety standards
Monitor raw material usage, wastage, and inventory
Coordinate maintenance of machines and factory equipment
Handle dispatch planning and stock management
Ensure proper loading/unloading discipline and warehouse management

Business Management
Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and clients
Handle order management from B2B, retail, and
quick-commerce channels
Improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs
Manage staff discipline, attendance, and workflow
Prepare reports related to sales, production,
expenses, and inventory
Support expansion of the cookies and snack business
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and logistics teams

Requirements
Experience in factory management, operations,
FMCG, or food manufacturing preferred
Strong leadership and staff handling skills
Good understanding of production planning and
