Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled PLC / SCADA Engineer responsible for designings, developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial automation systems using PLCs and SCADA platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting control systems, integrating hardware & software, and optimizing industrial automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
PLC Programming & Development
• Program PLCs such as ABB AC500 / AC800M / Siemens 1200 / 1500 / 300 / 400
• Develop control logic using Ladder Logic, FBD & Structured Text
• Conduct PLC simulation, testing & troubleshooting
• Upgrade and modify existing PLC programs as per process requirements
SCADA System Development & Configuration
• Configure and maintain SCADA systems (WinCC / TIA)
• Design and configure HMI systems
• Set up alarm management, trends & historical data monitoring
• Ensure communication using Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP
System Integration & Troubleshooting
• Integrate automation hardware & software systems
• Diagnose and resolve control system issues
• Ensure efficient and reliable process operations
Required Skills
Knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems
Understanding of industrial automation & communication protocols
Troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication & teamwork ability
