Fabrication Industries With NDT Level-II Certificate Who have Must be From Heavy Fabrication Industries Candidate have Should Be Good Knowledge of Testing
Min. Experience 2-5 Year
Salary Should Be Around 35K
Job Location DLF Ind. Area Faridabad
Industries :- Oil and Gas, Lubrication Machine Manufturing and Project Basic
Skills / Key Responsibilities: -
Incoming, in process & Final Inspections review & approve.
Internal & External Testing , Testing / Inspections review or witness or online
inspection and documentation as per customer requirement.
Review of inspection and test plans (QAP, MQP & RQP etc.).
Welding Inspections & Welder authorizations.
Perform or Review NDT Tests. Internal & External Audits (team member).
Coordinate with customer/TPI/Contractors for inspection or stage inspection.
Conduct inspections & Performance witness at vendor end.
Prepare Procedures & Work instructions as per requirement of ISO
9001 on the basis of relevant standard and codes.
Review or witness Blasting & Painting Inspection.
Resolve quality issues of capability, tolerancing, and materials related issues.
Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Production to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
