     Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control

Our client is a leading workplace solutions company specializing in the design, supply, and installation of high-quality commercial interior products. The company delivers innovative solutions for corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitality projects, healthcare facilities, and other commercial spaces.
Their product portfolio includes carpets, acoustic solutions, flooring systems, wall panels, and workplace interior products, serving prestigious projects across India.

Location: Sector-2, Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Log and track all incoming carpet orders, including specifications, quantities, timelines, and client details
Manage inventory and stock levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and inward logistics
Plan and organize dispatch schedules aligned with project timelines
Liaise with Sales and Project Teams to resolve order-related queries and avoid delays
Maintain accurate records in Zoho Inventory/Books and generate MIS reports

Desired Profile
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Working knowledge of Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, or ERP systems
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
