Job Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office files, documents, and photocopying work.
Assist in delivering and collecting documents from different departments.
Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage office supplies and inform management about stock requirements.
Receive and distribute courier, parcels, and mail.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
Ensure office equipment and furniture are properly maintained.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Well-groomed and professional behavior. Preferred Candidate:
Prior experience as an Office Boy, Peon, or Helper will be an advantage.
Familiarity with basic office operations.
