Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
Promote and sell decorative, industrial, and protective paint products.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts departments for timely delivery and payment collection.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Required Skills:
Experience in paint sales, building materials, hardware, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Good knowledge of local markets and sales channels.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach. Preferred Candidate
Experience in decorative paints, industrial paints, or construction-related products.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
