URGENT REQUIREMENT – FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE / RECEPTIONIST (FEMALE)

Location: Pali Industrial Area, Faridabad
Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming telephone calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
Manage official email correspondence and maintain communication records.
Perform office typing work including letters, quotations, reports, and other documents.
Maintain daily office records, databases, and reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
Maintain office files, documents, and administrative records.
Support management with day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks.
Ensure proper upkeep and organization of the reception area.
Handle courier dispatches, inward/outward documents, and visitor registers.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and document preparation skills.
Ability to handle calls and email communication professionally.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
