Job Descriptions 
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Electrical and
Automation industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling
technical products to businesses, contractors, or institutional clients. You
will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from qualifying
high-intent leads to closing deals—while maintaining a deep understanding of
our product applications in smart home and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Targeted Outreach: Proactively engage with B2B leads,
architects, and contractors to pitch our range of smart electrical and
automation solutions.
Lead Qualification: Filter and qualify incoming inquiries from
various platforms to prioritize high-value business opportunities.
Product Benchmarking: Effectively communicate the technical
USPs of our products (e.g., sensors, automation modules) compared to
industry standards.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle complex pricing discussions,
overcome technical objections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly
revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term
partnerships with purchase managers and business owners to ensure repeat orders.
CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all
interactions, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM system and WhatsApp for Business.
Mandatory Requirements
Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience
specifically selling products in Electrical, Home Automation, or related
technical sectors.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas
in a high-pressure, target-based B2B environment.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication
skills in both Hindi and English.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp for Business, and
MS Office (Excel/Word).
