E-Commerce Growth Executive: Key Responsibility 

This role is designed for a candidate who is a "Growth Hacker" first and an "Operations Manager"
second. The primary goal is to scale revenue profitably on Amazon and Flipkart.


Incremental Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)

Sales Target Achievement: Deliver
consistent Month-over-Month (MoM) growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV)
by identifying untapped sales opportunities.

Pricing Strategy & Buy Box
Monitor competitor pricing daily and implement dynamic pricing adjustments
to maintain the Buy Box and maximize profit margins.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Continuously improve the "Click-to-Purchase" ratio by A/B testing
product titles, "Hero" images, and A+ Content/EBC.

Placement Strategy: Strategically
position products in "Frequently Bought Together" and
"Related Products" sections to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).


Advanced Use of External Growth Tools

Market Intelligence: Expertly use
tools like Helium 10 (Cerebro/Xray) or Jungle Scout to find
high-converting keywords and analyze competitor "Top-of-Search" strategies.

Listing Health & SEO: Use
auditing tools (like Listing Eagle or DataDive) to ensure
SEO scores remain high and to protect listings from hijackers or "Buy Box" suppression.

Profitability Tracking: Use
financial tools like Sellerboard or Rekonsile to monitor
real-time net profit after all Amazon/Flipkart fees, ensuring growth is
actually profitable.


Performance Marketing & Ad Spend (PPC)

Amazon Advertising: Manage and
optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads. The goal is to scale
sales while maintaining a healthy ACoS (Ads) and TACoS (Total Ads).

Flipkart Growth: Plan and execute
Flipkart PLA (Product Listing Ads) and PCA campaigns, especially
during high-traffic events like "Big Billion Days."

Promotional Strategy: Design and manage the calendar for Lightning Deals, Coupons, "Deals of the
Day," and Prime-exclusive discounts to boost Best Seller Rank (BSR).


Marketplace Operations & Compliance (Secondary)

Inventory & FBA Management:
Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure 100% stock availability for FBA
(Amazon) and FBF (Flipkart), preventing "Out of Stock" penalties.

Claims & Reimbursements:
Proactively raise and track claims for lost or damaged inventory in the
warehouse and reconcile monthly payment reports to prevent revenue leakage.

Account Health Monitoring: Maintain 4.5+ star rating and ensure the "Order Defect Rate" (ODR) and
"Late Dispatch Rate" stay well below marketplace thresholds.
