URGENT HIRING – ESTATE MANAGER (LUXURY EVENT VENUE)
Location: NCR, Ashola, Chattarpur New Delhi
Property: 3.5-acre event estate (farm villa venue with pool, lawns & event lawns)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Gender: Male Preferred
Reports To Founder
Salary: 1,00,000 – 2,00,000 per Month (Based on Experience)
Supervises Housekeeping, gardeners, stewards, security & casual event crew; on-ground vendors
Mandate Single point of accountability for the estates condition, every events flawless delivery, and the guest experience
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the complete operations of a premium luxury event estate featuring a villa, swimming pool, landscaped lawns, and event spaces.
The Estate Manager will be the single point of accountability for property upkeep, event execution, guest experience, team management, vendor coordination, financial control, and maintaining five-star hospitality standards.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
Estate Upkeep, Grounds & Assets
Maintain the estate in impeccable condition at all times
Ensure landscaping, villa, pool, lawns, and facilities are maintained to luxury standards
Monitor maintenance schedules and asset upkeep
Event Operations & Execution
Manage complete event operations from setup to closure
Coordinate vendors, decorators, caterers, and event partners
Ensure flawless event delivery and guest satisfaction
Guest & Client Experience
Deliver premium hospitality and five-star guest experiences
Handle VIP guests and client requirements professionally
Ensure prompt resolution of guest concerns
Team & Staff Management
Supervise housekeeping, gardeners, stewards, security, and event crew
Conduct staff planning, scheduling, and performance management
Drive discipline, productivity, and service excellence
Vendor & Supplier Management
Negotiate contracts and service agreements
Ensure quality delivery from vendors and contractors
Manage vendor performance and compliance
Financial Control & Budgeting
Monitor budgets, expenses, petty cash, and operational costs
Control wastage and optimize resource utilization
Maintain profitability and cost discipline
Inventory & Procurement
Manage procurement activities and inventory controls
Maintain asset registers and stock records
Ensure timely purchasing of required materials and supplies
Safety, Security & Compliance
Ensure property security and guest safety
Maintain statutory licenses and compliance requirements
Implement emergency response procedures
Brand & Aesthetic Standards
Maintain luxury hospitality standards across the estate
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and brand image
