Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Sr. Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)
and Structural Steel segment through lead generation, client acquisition, techno-commercial sales, and project closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business opportunities in PEB & Structural Steel Projects
Manage complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and pricing submissions
Coordinate with Design, Estimation & Project Teams for accurate proposals
Build strong relationships with Clients, Consultants, PMCs, Architects & Contractors
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collections
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare Sales MIS, Forecasts & Management Reports
Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams after order confirmation
