Experience: 5+ Years

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end operations management for PEB & steel fabrication business
Production planning, execution, dispatch & site coordination
Management of heavy steel structures, warehouses, platforms, mezzanines, staircases, trusses & sheds fabrication
Contract manufacturing & outsourced fabrication operations
Logistics, dispatch & heavy material movement management
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, ISO, NDT & HSE standards
Lead and mentor plant heads, project managers & senior teams
Client, EPC partner & stakeholder coordination
MIS reporting, planning & performance monitoring
Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects

Candidate Profile:
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Proven experience in PEB / Steel Fabrication Industry
Hands-on exposure to Operations, Logistics & Contract Manufacturing
Excellent communication and coordination skills
