ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage client relationships, drive sales growth,
and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients
Generate new business through calling, lead sourcing, data mining, and market research
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets
Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, pricing, negotiations, and order status
Ensure Sales Orders (SO) are processed after PO approval
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Follow up for payments and support collection activities
Schedule customer meetings and sales discussions
Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and account information
Collect customer feedback and maintain records
Support bulk messaging campaigns and customer requirement sourcing
