Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing.
Proven experience in managing complete plant operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
Ability to lead production, stores, maintenance, dispatch, and quality teams.
Experience in manpower management, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
Familiarity with LT/HT Electrical Panels, Control Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC Panels, and related manufacturing processes.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
