Position: Plant Head

Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall plant operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Workforce Management.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Manage plant budgets, resources, and cost-control initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and employee engagement across the plant.
Monitor plant KPIs and ensure the achievement of production and business targets.

Required Skills
Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of the sheet metal manufacturing industry and modern production practices.
Expertise in production planning, process improvement, and cost optimization.
Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
