Position: Production Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech,  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Monitor production schedules to achieve timely delivery targets.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
Coordinate with the Quality and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
Lead production teams, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Experience in production planning and workforce management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving

skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
