Key Responsibilities:
Handle **CTPAT Compliance** and **Social Compliance** requirements
Ensure adherence to ethical labor practices and company policies
Coordinate and manage third-party compliance audits
Maintain HR records and compliance documentation
Support supply chain security standards and audit readiness
Ensure compliance with labor laws and international export standards
Assist in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations
Required Skills: Experience in Export House compliance activities
Knowledge of CTPAT, Social Compliance, SEDEX, BSCI, or related standards
Strong documentation and audit coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and handle compliance requirements
