Urgent Hiring – Fabric Store In-Charge
Industry:  Home Furnishing & Accessories Export House
Location:  Faridabad
Gender:  Male Preferred
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Relevant Field)
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, raw materials, and finished goods.
Track inward and outward material using ERP/Tally/SAP/WFX.
Verify materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
Ensure only QA-approved materials are accepted into stock.
Issue raw materials to production as per approved production plans.
Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate monthly procurement requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans (DC), Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and related documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, and Export departments for smooth material flow.
Ensure export packing and labeling comply with buyer specifications.
Handle Better Cotton Program (BCP) Trade Claims (TCs) and maintain Mass Balance records.
Prepare documentation for supply chain compliance and audit requirements.
Monitor scrap, rejection, and stock disposal with management approval.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Required Skills
Experience in Fabric Store Management
Knowledge of Inventory Control & Store Operations
Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, WFX, or similar ERP software
Knowledge of GRN, DC, STN & stock documentation
Experience in Export House operations preferred
Understanding of Better Cotton Program (BCP), Trade Claims & Mass Balance will be an added advantage
Good coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
