Urgent Hiring – Office Coordinator
Position: Office Coordinator

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Location: Jasola, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office administration and coordinate with different departments and senior management.
Maintain records, files, reports, and office documentation.
Handle client queries and provide timely support.
Follow up with clients regarding payments and documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
Draft professional emails and maintain effective mail communication.
Handle customer calls and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of bills, payments, assets, stationery, and courier activities.
Prepare MIS reports and update office records.
Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in Office Administration / Office Coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Salary: As per Experience & Interview Performance
