Urgent Hiring – Merchandiser (Garment Industry)
Position: Merchandiser (02 Positions)
Location: Sector-49, Faridabad
Experience: 3–4 Years
Salary: As per company standards & candidate experience

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete garment order lifecycle from sample development to final shipment.
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production, quality, and logistics teams.
Prepare garment costing, consumption sheets, BOM, and Time & Action (T&A) calendars.
Track production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
Monitor sample approvals, raw material procurement, and production progress.
Ensure buyer compliance, quality standards, and on-time deliveries.
Maintain merchandising reports, documentation, and shipment records.
Build strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint (Computer knowledge is mandatory)
Knowledge of BOM, T&A Calendar, Garment Costing & Order Tracking
Understanding of Garment Manufacturing, Fabrics, Trims & Quality Standards

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Fashion Technology,
Textile Engineering, Apparel Production,
Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:
Apparel Export House or Garment Manufacturing Company
International Buyer Handling & Export Documentation
Knowledge of Woven, Knit, or Denim Garments

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
