KeyResponsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact forassigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
Understand client requirements and coordinate within ternal teams(Content,Design, Video, Ads & Development).
Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high client satisfaction..
Prepare proposals,quotations,and project briefs.
Upselland cross-sell Rooly Mediasservices wherever applicable.
Coordinate with the Meta Ads and Content teams to provide campaign updates.
Maintain CRM records,meeting notes,and project time lines.
Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure smooth execution

Requirements

Bachelors degree
6 months-1year of experience in ClientServicing ,Sales,Relationship Management,or
Business Development..
Excellent communication and presentation skills..
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Workspace /MS
