We are looking for an experienced Management Representative (MR) with a strong background in the Fastener Manufacturing Industry.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of MS Wire, Quality Management Systems (QMS), production processes, and compliance requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, ensuring process compliance, handling audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer quality requirements.
Monitor production quality and process performance.
Conduct in-process inspections and quality testing.
Perform incoming raw material inspection (MS Wire, Scrap, Billets, etc.).
Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain audit documentation.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Reduce scrap and rework through continuous improvement.
Lead quality improvement initiatives across production.
Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch departments.
Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
Generate quality reports and MIS using ERP and MS Excel.
