Job Overview
We are hiring a Technical Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of Industrial Automation Solutions across North India.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Promote and sell Industrial Automation products and solutions to B2B customers.
Meet existing and prospective customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, fabricators, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
Coordinate with technical, service, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain CRM records, customer visit reports, and sales reports.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation products and solutions.
Excellent B2B Sales & Business Development skills.
Strong technical understanding with solution-selling ability.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Relationship management and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
