About the Company
We are a fast-growing manufacturer of PVC Conduit Pipes, Corrugated Pipes, Concealed Boxes, and Electrical Accessories.
We are looking for an experienced production professional who can efficiently manage factory operations, ensure smooth production, and achieve daily dispatch targets while maintaining quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Plan daily production based on dispatch schedules and sales requirements.
Ensure timely production of all SKUs in the required quantities.
Prepare, implement, and monitor daily production plans.
Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Purchase, and Quality departments.
Supervise and manage all production activities, including:
Mixing
Extrusion
Injection Moulding
Quality Inspection
Packing
Finished Goods Handling
Ensure adequate manpower availability, including operators, helpers, mixers, and packing staff.
Monitor machine utilization and minimize production downtime.
Improve production efficiency while reducing wastage and rejection rates.
Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare daily production and MIS reports.
Monitor raw material consumption versus finished goods output.
Report production performance to management and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in Production Planning, Production Supervision, Plant Operations, or Factory Management.
Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
PVC Pipes
Plastic Extrusion
Injection Moulding
Polymer Manufacturing
Cable Manufacturing
Packaging Industry
Plastic Products Manufacturing
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage shop-floor operations.
Good knowledge of production planning, inventory coordination, and quality control.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting.
