Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Salary: ?30,000 – ?70,000 per month + 2% Sales Incentive
Gender: Male Preferred
Qualification: MBA / BBA / B.Sc.
Experience: 5–10 Years (Architecture / Interior Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for Architectural Hardware & Interior Solutions
Build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors & Dealers
 Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
 Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
 Deliver product presentations and proposals
 Coordinate with Design & Technical Teams
 Maintain CRM, sales pipeline & reports
 Travel across the assigned territory for client meetings and project follow-ups
