Overall plant operations & production management
Production planning and achieving manufacturing targets
Managing machine shop operations, manpower & resources
Improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency
Cost control and reduction of manufacturing losses
Coordination with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Purchase & Stores teams
Ensuring timely delivery and optimum machine utilization
Implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing practices
Maintaining safety, discipline and compliance across the plant
Leading and developing the plant team
Candidate Profile
10+ years of relevant experience in Machine Shop / Manufacturing Industry
Strong leadership and plant management skills
Excellent knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory
