Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Store to manage store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure systematic storage and timely availability of materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of inventory management, and experience in maintaining organized store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Ensure all materials are stored in a well-organized and systematic manner.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for smooth material movement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
Handle inward and outward material entries and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages for timely replenishment.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage practices.
Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices wherever applicable.
Maintain housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the store area.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
