Job Title: Backend Support Executive
Department: Procurement / Administration
Reports To: Purchase Manager
Location: Old Faridabad
Salary: To Be Confirmed
Experience: 2+ Years  Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered.

Job Summary
The Backend Support Executive will coordinate with vendors and suppliers, support procurement activities, prepare product costing & BOM, maintain vendor records, and ensure smooth procurement and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, orders and delivery follow-ups
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs)
Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments
Verify received goods against POs and invoices
Support vendor onboarding and documentation
Prepare and update BOM & product/project costing
Compare vendor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain vendor master data, pricing, terms and contracts
Handle vendor communication through email
Maintain POs, invoices, contracts and related documentation
Prepare reports on vendor performance, pending orders and costing

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, B.A, M.A, BBA or related field
2+ years of experience in Purchase, Procurement or Vendor Coordination
Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
Proficiency in MS Word and email communication
Basic knowledge of Costing & BOM preparation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
