Key Responsibilities
On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and blueprints.
Labor Management: Allocate tasks daily to skilled/unskilled laborers and subcontractors, monitoring their productivity and attendance.
Quality & Safety: Enforce strict quality control standards for masonry, shuttering, and concreting, while ensuring mandatory safety gear (PPE) is worn.
Material Coordination: Indent required construction materials from the storekeeper in advance to prevent work stoppages.
Progress Tracking: Maintain a daily site diary logging work completed, labor strength, and any technical bottlenecks.
Candidate Profile Requirements Experience: 4 to 5 years of supervisor experience
