Requirement for Experienced Injection Moulding Operations & Business Development Professional

We are looking to hire an experienced professional for handling our Injection Moulding Business and would
appreciate your assistance in sourcing suitable candidates.

We require a candidate who can take end-to-end responsibility for the Injection Moulding operations, including
manufacturing, production planning, quality, manpower, costing, customer handling, sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Complete responsibility for day-to-day Injection Moulding plant and manufacturing operations.
Production planning, machine utilization, manpower management and process control.
Handling moulds, raw materials, machine parameters, production efficiency and rejection control.
Ensuring product quality and timely deliveries.
Managing existing customers and their requirements.
Preparing product costing and quotations.
Developing new customers and generating new business enquiries.
Identifying new products, industries and market opportunities for Injection Moulded components.
Customer visits, negotiations and order conversion.
Monitoring sales, profitability, receivables and overall business performance.
Taking independent responsibility for expanding the Injection Moulding business.

Candidate Profile

5–10+ years of relevant experience in Plastic Injection Moulding.
Strong practical knowledge of Injection Moulding manufacturing and plant operations.
Experience in both production / operations and sales / business development.
Should be capable of independently managing an Injection Moulding unit.
Good knowledge of plastics, raw materials, moulds, machine settings, process optimization and costing.
Existing industry/customer contacts will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling capabilities.
Commercially oriented with an ability to identify and develop profitable new business.
Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take complete ownership of the
business are preferred.
This is not a routine production-management position. We are specifically looking for
someone who can take ownership of the complete Injection Moulding vertical,
from customer development and costing to production, quality, dispatch,
payment follow-up and further business expansion.
