Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional with strong exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS),
Solar EPC, Government Projects and OEM clients.

Key Responsibilities
Track and develop business opportunities related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across Government and Private Projects.
Develop and manage key accounts with Government agencies, Solar EPCs and OEM clients, leading to long-term contracts and repeat business.
Identify strategic market opportunities and drive business development & project implementation.
Participate in industry exhibitions such as REI, Intersolar, IESA and regional expos to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Monitor and forecast market trends, customer requirements and technological advancements.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Understand and manage pricing strategies in competitive and cost-sensitive markets.
Lead the sales team, build strong customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.

Ideal Experience
Sales Manager / Senior Sales / Business Development experience in BESS, Energy Storage, Solar, Renewable Energy,
Power or related industries will be highly preferred.
