Job Overview:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monthly production contingency planning, managing targets in production, supervising staff, and providing monthly analyses with solutions to address any gaps.

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Preparing monthly production plan and handling manpower.
2. Assigning daily production targets to supervisors.
3. Maintaining daily data on Requirement vs. Production.
4. Managing the production across all departments.
5. Recording daily production.
6. Conducting month-end inventory.
7. Planning for raw materials.
8. Improving overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
9. Managing manpower shortages.
10. Preparing monthly data for management review.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma in mechanical.
2. Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
3. Minimum 3-5+ years of experience.
4. Proficient in using email.
5. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
6. Prefer candidates from Faridabad.
7. Excellent knowledge of Sheet metal machinery and operations.
8. Ability to effectively manage a team.
