Role & responsibilities
To handle outbound & inbound calls to US-based insurance representatives and
healthcare providers. The role involves verifying patient details, following up
on claims, providing support related to biling/insurance and ensuring
compliance with US Healthcare regulations.

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claims status
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts
Verify eligibility & benefits of patients as per US Healthcare norms
Work on AR followup, claim correction and documentation
Co-rdinate with internal teams for claim resolution
Meet daily/weekly productivity

Preferred
candidate profile
Bachelors Degree in Any Stream Complete.
Post Graduation Pursuing Candidates can apply
Only Male candidates can apply, Flexibility to work in night shift
1 to 2 years of experience in AR Calling or Follow up with US
Healthcare
Good Communication Skills, Proficiency in English Language.
