Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Sheet Metal to develop, improve, and control manufacturing processes for sheet metal components. The candidate will be responsible for process planning, tooling coordination, production support, quality improvement, and reducing rejection and manufacturing costs.Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize sheet metal manufacturing processes from new product development to mass production.
Prepare process flow, routing, work instructions, and process documentation.
Handle processes such as CNC Laser Cutting, Punching, Press Brake, Shearing, Welding, and Fabrication.
Study engineering drawings, GD&T, material specifications, and customer requirements.
Develop and improve process parameters, fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Purchase teams.
Support NPI / new product development, trials, and process validation.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks preferred.

Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing EngineeringIdeal Experience

3–8 years of experience in Sheet Metal / Auto Components / Fabrication / Engineering Manufacturing.Preferred Candidate

A hands-on engineer who can work closely with the shop floor and understands the complete process from drawing ? process planning ? tooling/fixture ? production ? quality ? continuous improvement.
