Job profile Manage day-to-day store activities and maintain stock
Receive incoming material and verify quantity and quality.
Maintain proper records of inward and outward material.
Issue materials to different departments as per requirement.
Maintain stock registers and update inventory in Excel/software.
Conduct regular physical stock checking and maintain stock accuracy.
Coordinate with purchase, Production and Accounts teams.
Prepare material receiving and issues documents.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person for re-ordering.
Keep the store clean organized and properly labelled.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Support stock audits and prepare required reports.
